Q. How can I post?
A. To post the recipe, use the posting form after you login. Please refer User's Guide for more details.
Q. How long does it take for the recipe to be released after posted?
A. Distributed recipes from members will be reviewed by site admin side.The review will take at around 3 business days. Afterward if there is no problem found, the recipe is released.
Q. What is the release standard?
A. Basically it has to be the distributor’s own recipe.Adversely recipes with irrelevant contents, such as other-than-recipe articles, enormously watered-down recipes, recipes copied or reprinted from other site or pages, or other issues measured as inappropriate, will not be released.
Q. Who translate the recipe?
A. The recipe will be translated by site staff. You can just post recipes in your language.
Q. I found inappropriate recipe. What should I do?
A. If you find any reprint or copy from other site / page, or other inadequate contents in this site, please report from Inquiry.We will review the relevant recipe then take the appropriate responses.
Q. I forgot my login information.
A. If you forget your login information, please fill in Forget your password? then send it.Your password has been sent to registered e-mail address.
Q. Registration confirmation mail has not arrived.
A. If you did not get a registration confirmation mail, please check your junk mail box.If the mail is not found in spam mail folder, it might be considered the registered email address is wrong. After you logged in to the site, could you please send the certification email again?
