Stir-fried Green Pepper w/ Egg

Ingredients(Serves 3)


green pepper
10 oz
egg
3-4 pc
soy sause
1 tbsp
salt
1 tsp
seasonings(MSG)
a little

Preparation


1.
Remove the calyxes of the green peppers and cut the green peppers into 1/4 inches.
Mix the eggs as much as you can.

Heat oil in a medium, and cook eggs completely.
Put them on a plate.

Heat oil, and stir-fry the green peppers in medium heat. Add a little salt

Stir them 1-2 mins after add salt, then put the cooked eggs and stir them blended together adding a little water.
5.
Add some soy sauce and seasonings like MSG, then mix together.
It's done.

It's good to cook eggs and green peppers individually to enjoy the flavor of green peppers.
Add some water to avoid the green peppers scorched when you blend eggs and green peppers together.
It's salty enough because of soy sauce.
