Ingredients(10 Serving)


Ground Beef

Spicy Italian Sausage
1 lb
Diced Onions
1/2 cup
Garlic
3 cloves
Crushed Tomatoes
1 can (28 oz)
Tomato Sauce
1 can (12 oz)
Tomato Paste
1 can (12 oz)
Sugar
2 Table spoon
Dried Basil Leaves
2 Tea spoon
Italian Seasoning
1 Tea spoon
Salt
1 Table spoon
Ground Black Pepper
1 Tea spoon
Chopped Prsley
5 Table spoon
Lasagna Noodles

Mascarpone Cheese
1 package (16 oz)
Egg

Mozzarella Cheese
12 Slices
Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup
Water
1/2 cup

Preparation


1.
Dice onions and mince garlic. Put to the side.
2.
Cut sausage into small bite size pieces. (Remove the casing for easier cooking)
3.
Combine onions, garlic, ground beef and sausage in pan and cook over medium heat.
4.
Add water, crushed tomato, tomato paste & tomato sauce to #3. Cook for 5 - 10 min.
5.
Add sugar, crushed basil, italian seasoning, salt, pepper & 3 table spoon parsley. Stir.
6.
Cover the pan and let it simmer under low heat for 1 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally.
7.
Boil water and cook lasagna noodles for 8 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In medium bowl combine Mascarpone cheese, egg, 2 tablespoon parsley & 1/2 teaspoon salt.
9.
Regrigerate #8 mixture.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a Lasagna tin pan or glass lasagna bowl, lightly spray the bottom with cooking oil.
12.
Arrange 4 noodles length wise and spread about 1 ½ cups of meat sauce on top.
13.
Add another layer of lasagna noodles on top of the meat sauce.
14.
Spread 1/2 of the mascarpone cheese mixture on the lasagna noodles.
15.
Cover with slices of mozzarella cheese on top of the mascarpone cheese mixture.
16.
Add 1 ½ cups of meat sauce over the mozzarella and sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese.
17.
Repeat step # 12 - #16
18.
On last layer, add slices of mozzarella cheese & parmesan cheese on top lasagna noodles.
19.
Cover with foil & bake the lasagna for 25 minutes.
20.
Uncover the foil, turn, and cook for an additional 25 minutes.

* Let it cool before serving.
* To make it spicy, add 1-2 Tbs or to taste of hot sauce (Tabasco).
