Shrimp’s and mushroom’s ajijo (^^)

Ingredients(2 servings)


Shelled shrimp

Mushroom
100g
Garlic
1 piece
Olive oil
4 tbsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Sake
1 tbsp
Grated Cheese
To taste

Preparation


1.
Add olive oil to skillet and set over low heat.
Add minced garlic and mushrooms and fry all slowly.
2.
Once 1 fried well, add shelled shrimps, sake and salt and then stir-fry.
3.
Add 2 to cocotte and sprinkle grated cheese.
Bake them in the oven toaster for 3 - 4 minutes.
