Ingredients(Serving for 4)


Whelk
400g
leeks
600g
Garlic
4 and 1/2 cloves
Ginger
10g
Salt
10g
Gourmet powder
5g

Preparation


1.
Cook whelks and slice it.
2.
Wash leeks and chop it. Shred ginger and slice garlic.
3.
Put oil into wok.
Heat ginger and garlic until smell good, then put whelks in and fry.
4.
Put leeks in. Finally, add salt and gourmet powder. Serve on a plate.

Put salt in the final step. If not, the water will leach out of the leeks, and it will affect the flavor.
