Japanese Style! Matcha Panna Cotta

Ingredients(5 serving)


Milk
200cc
Fresh cream (Vegetable origin)
200cc
Green powdered tea
1 tbsp.
Sugar
3 tbsp.
Powdered gelatin
5g
Frozen pie sheet
1/4
Granulated sugar
3g

Preparation

Make powdered gelatin in 1 tbsp. soft by soaking it in water.
Pour milk into a heat-resistant container then warm it 2~3 minutes in the microwave with temperature (set not to be boiled over).

Add sugar and soaked powdered gelatin to boiled milk then make them completely dissolved.
Add fresh cream and matcha.

Prepare cold water in a large basin and soak the pan to remove heat.
Once the pan getting cold, pour the dough into the ramekins and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Dissolve frozen pie sheet in a room temperature. If the dough is getting softened, then roll it out into 1/2. And make a hole with a folk.
Cut them as you like and sprinkle granulated sugar then bake them around 15 minutes with 200℃.

Serve panna cotta with 1 tbsp. Azuki bean paste and baked pie

I try to use less sugar because of Azuki bean paste.
It might be better to add more matcha.
