Chili Dinamitas

You can prepare this awesome bar chow ahead of time so that you can just deep fry in hot oill. WARNING: This is not for the faint of heart.



Ingredients(2-4 persons)


New Mexico cayenne pepper (long green ones)
20 pieces
Sauteed ground beef in onion and garlic with taco spice
1 cup or 250 grams
Matchstick slices of cheddar (or mozzarella) cheese
20-30 pieces
Spring roll wrappers
1 20-piece pack
Vegetable or Canola Oil
2 to 3 1/2 cups

Preparation


1.
Soak chilis in salted water for 15 minutes. Slice lengthwise and remove the seeds. (If you want them spicy, leave the pith and some seeds but be warned, it will be spicy hot!)
2.
Stuff chilis with cheese first

Then spoon in some of the sauteed ground beef in the chilis

The wrapped, stuffed chilis should look like this.

Deep fry until wrapper turns golden brown and place cooked chili dinamitas on paper towels to absorb the oil.

Great with thousand island dressing, ranch dressing, sour cream and chives or creamy cheese dip.
