Radish
500g
Oil

Salt

Soy sauce

Spring onion
30g
Ginger
20g
Garlic
10g
Water
200g

Preparation


1.
Heat a wok and add oil.
2.
Chop the pork and add into a wok.
3.
Fry pork until it changes color.
4.
Add spring onion, ginger and garlic, fry until it is aromatic. Add soy sauce, salt and water in order.
5.
Cut radish.
6.
Add radish into a wok and cook with pork.
