Ingredients(Serves 2)


pork ground meat
3.5 oz
onion
1/2 pc
garlic sprout
3 pc
solt/pepper
a little
soy sauce
1 tbsp
rice wine
2 tbsp

Preparation


1.
Prepare the ingredients.
2.
Cut the onion and the garlic sprout into tiny pieces.
3.
After put the pork ground meat in the hot pan, add the rice wine to take away the smell of meat and stir.
4.
When the meat is cooked through no longer raw, put the vegetables and stir them well until everything is cooked.
5.
Stir them until the water in the pan is removed. Then add solt, papper and soy sauce. Stir again in a few second.
6.
Put the meat and vegetables as much as you like on the steamed rice in a rice bowl.

It's up to you how much you add solt, pepper, and soy sauce. I like a little bit solty in summer. It's good to put on a raw egg on the top, as well. You can keep extra ingredients in the freezer.
